These terms apply when you use the English With Jaleel Sir website at https://masteringrust.com and when you take one of our courses. By using the website or joining a course you agree to them.

Our courses

We describe each course on this website as accurately as we can. Course content, schedules and teachers may change from time to time; if a change affects a course you have joined, we will tell you.

Your account

When you join a course we create an account for you and email you a link to choose your password. If this website offers it, you can also create an account yourself, and start our free courses. Keep your password to yourself. Your account is for your use only and must not be shared. After several wrong passwords in a row, signing in is paused for a short while to protect your account.

Using the course material

The videos, notes, quizzes and other material in our courses belong to English With Jaleel Sir or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, sell or publish them without our written permission. Lesson videos show your name to discourage this.

Fees

Fees, payment terms and any discounts are agreed directly between you and us, unless a course shows a price and a Buy now button on this website. Such a course is sold by English With Jaleel Sir and paid for online through Razorpay; you get it as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your receipt is under My purchases. Our refund policy explains when a course is refunded.

Access to a course may last for a set period, shown on the course; after it, the course closes, but your progress and certificates are kept.

Behaviour

Please be respectful to our teachers and other learners. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete a course as we define it. Each carries a credential id that anyone can check on our website.

Liability

We work hard to keep our courses accurate and the website available, but we cannot promise it will always be free from errors or interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website or courses.
